Model F0445 is an Integrated Forklift Safety Warning System for forklifts, industrial trucks, and warehouse vehicles. It is designed for high-risk work areas where pedestrians and vehicles move closely together. The system helps improve operator awareness and workplace traffic safety.
This safety system combines an LED warning light, an AI Blind Spot Detection camera, and an amber LED beacon. It can also support an optional buzzer for audible alerts. The AI BSD camera offers a 90–120° viewing angle and helps detect people in forklift blind spots.
The line-beam LED warning light projects a clear safety zone on the ground. The amber beacon provides multiple flash patterns for stronger visual warning. Built with die-cast aluminum housing, PC lenses, and IP65–IP67 protection, F0445 supports reliable use in warehouses, factories, logistics centers, and outdoor material handling applications.
